Women in Business 2006: Sharing the Vision is the nation's premier conference and business fair for women's business enterprises. It is presented annually by the Women's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC), the nation's leading advocate of women-owned businesses as suppliers to America 's corporations, and the largest third-party certifier of women-owned businesses in the U.S. Q. Where will it take place? Monday, June 26 through Thursday, June 29, 2006 at the Miami Beach Convention Center and the Loews Hotel Miami Beach. Q. Who should attend WIB2005? Women business owners, corporate buyers, supplier diversity professionals from the private and the public sector as well as other small business owners and government officials. Q. Who will exhibit? Industry leaders in energy, retail, transportation, telecommunications, finance, banking, office supplies and consumer-packaged goods to name a few, as well as government agencies and women's business enterprises (WBEs). However, please note that only certified WBEs and WBENC or WBOP corporate members are eligible to exhibit. Q. How many exhibitors do you expect? WIB2006 expects more than 300 exhibitors including Fortune 1000 companies and America 's leading women's business enterprises (WBEs) as well as federal government agencies. Q. What can I expect in corporate-to-WBE networking? Our evening receptions, breakfast and luncheon sessions are designed for serious networking. WBEs meet face-to-face with purchasing executives, without an appointment. Q. What can I expect from Keynote Speakers and Panelists at WIB2006? Top executives from major corporations, key elected officials who value the contributions of women in business and a host of talented women business owners with a proven track record of achievement have been invited to participate as speakers, moderators and panelists for workshops, general sessions and unique CEO forums. What are the eligibility requirements to be a WIB2006 sponsor? WBENC's national conference is designed to attract the broadest possible participation from corporate America , government entities and women business owners. However, to ensure that women's business enterprises have meaningful opportunities to connect with potential clients (corporate, government and other WBEs) as well as strengthen relations with existing clients, WBENC has established specific rules of eligibility for sponsors of WIB2006:

Each sponsorship level receives different benefits; please click here to see what benefits your sponsorship level receives. Q. Who do I contact regarding my sponsorship benefits? If you have any questions, regarding the benefits of your sponsorship that is not answered on this web site, please contact Linda Denny of WBENC, 202-872-5515 ext. 17. Q. When is my sponsorship payment due? WBENC痴 financial terms are Net 30 from date of invoice or June 16, 2006, which ever comes first. Payment must be received by WBENC before conference attendees register onsite. Q. Where should I send my sponsorship payment? Checks can be made out to Women's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC), and sent to Russell Boles at: 1120 Connecticut Avenue, NW, Suite 1000 , Washington DC 20036 . Q. Can any corporation become a WIB2006 sponsor? Only

Q. Can sponsors register online? No. WBENC asks all corporations or WBEs interested in sponsorship opportunities to complete the attached fax back form ( click here for fax back form), and return it as instructed or to contact WBENC directly. You can call Majory Moore at (202) 872-5515, extension 16 for more information. Q. Does my sponsorship booth include carpeting, electrical or Internet access? No, these items must be purchased separately through the exhibit contractor (carpeting, furniture, etc.) and the Miami Beach Convention Center (electrical and Internet/phone access). Your Exhibitor Kit will include pricing information and forms to use in ordering these additional services and materials. Q. Who do I speak to about setting up a booth? Exhibitor Hotline (866) MYWBENC or (866) 699-2362 (toll-free number); J&J Exhibitors Services Q. Can I serve food or beverages at my booth? Yes, but there is an additional charge. Q.
I have people coming in only on the day of the Business Fair only to
help me Individuals needed to set up your booth on Tuesday, June 27th, can be admitted to the Business Fair exhibit hall at the Miami Beach Convention Center only if they are accompanied by an official badge-wearing sponsor. These individuals will not be admitted to any other activities taking place that day unless they are wearing a June 27th day pass badge. Q. As a sponsor, do I receive a reserved table at meal functions? This will depend upon your sponsorship level. Please review your sponsorship level benefits for more details. Q. How do I add the names of the people who will be using the Full Conference Admissions included in my sponsorship benefits? Your pass code, which is supplied after your sponsorship has been processed, will provide you with access to the online system that will allow you to process your admissions. Q.

Do my 10 Full Conference Admissions mean that I get 10 Admissions, plus
The 10 Full Conference Admissions you receive in your Sponsorship benefits already include one for you, for a total of 10 Full Conference Admissions. Q. How many people can sit at each reserved table during the meal functions? Ten (10) people/spots are seated/available at each reserved table. Q. Will my head table representative have to speak at the meal functions? If so, what materials should they prepare for the speech? No,
your head table representative will not be speaking at the meal function.
Q. I have people coming in to work in my booth on the day of the Business Fair, how can I get a pass for them? Individuals working in your booth on Wednesday, June 28 will need to have a conference badge. If you need one-day passes for Wednesday, in addition to your allotment, Sponsors and Exhibitors may purchase these passes at the reduced rate of $175. Anyone with a Full Conference Registration or Wednesday One-Day Pass will be allowed to register for all activities taking place on Wednesday, June 28. Q. Additional Booth Purchase OptionsOnly confirmed exhibitors can purchase additional booths for the Business Fair. Each additional 10' x 10' booth comes with a 6' draped table and two chairs. Other benefits (day passes, full conference admissions, etc.) are not included with the purchase of additional booths. There is no limit on the number of additional booths you may purchase.

What is lead retrieval?The Lead retrieval system that comes complimentary with your booth, is a completely automated system for capturing leads. Each attendee will have a bar code on their name badge which when scanned, will transfer their contact information into a database for you. Q.
