The New WBENCLink

WBENC is happy to announce the launch of the new WBENCLink system.

We will be holding a LiveMeeting training session in order to demonstrate the new features of WBENClink - our new and improved online database system - on June 5th.  We will also be presenting a LIVE demonstration at the WIB07 national conference in Los Angeles.

Please note that the LiveMeeting training software will only hold 250 attendees at its capacity. So if you log in/dial in to the meeting and you get an error message, you will have to either call your regional WBENC affiliate for individual training, see us at the conference, or watch for another web training (yet to be planned).

The June 5th session will take place at 12PM EST/11AM CST/9AM PST.

It will last approximately an hour.

You do not need to register or rsvp for this meeting, just boot up, log on and learn!  Here are the instructions and some important tips:

• Please put your phone on mute when you call in and whatever you do, don't put us on hold or 250 people will hear your "on hold" music!
• Although this specific web meeting will not be active until June 5th, you might want to install LiveMeeting on your computer in advance, since it can take up to a half hour to download.
• The call-in number for any of the mee tings will be: 1-866-210-1669, code 9459663
• To join the training:

1.  You must be on a computer with Internet access (preferably DSL)

2.  You must have the Microsoft Live Meeting Console downloaded and ready to use so login in at least 15 minutes before the meeting to prepare your computer first.

3.  Go to the meeting URL:  https://www.livemeeting.com/cc/wbenc/join?id=9XDMTJ&role=attend&pw=WBENClink0605%21

4.  If you have already downloaded the console, the login window will appear.  If you have not, you will be prompted to download the console.  It is recommended that you use the web-based console initially.  This will get you to the login window.

5.  The login information will already be on the screen, you just need to type your name.  If not, enter the login ID (9XDMTJ) and the meeting key (WBENClink0605!).
