 PRESIDENT'S NOTE
Hello and welcome to the June edition of WomensBusiness.Info. We are preparing for Women in Business 2007 in California and hope that you are too. Are you still undecided about whether or not to attend? Please give me a call. I can put you in touch with a number of WBEs who have made the commitment and are willing to share their reasons and experiences from past conferences. We are also doing another Live Meeting phone call and training about the conference—refer to the June calendar for the date and time.
We are thrilled to announce two new features to our website and newsletter: The Purple Pages which will be on both the website and the newsletter as well as an “Ask the Expert” section as a regular feature in our newsletter. Click on the Purple Pages logo below for more information and a sample ad. The Purple Pages will provide you with an additional marketing tool—we will place your ad online on our website which receives 4,000 hits per month. There will also be a link on our monthly newsletter which has an audience of over 2,000. The ads will be presented in color and we hope that you will let your creative juices flow. We invite you to become an expert in our “Ask the Expert” section. Click on the link for more information.
Finally thanks to all of you who responded to our survey about a WBDC trade fair. It looks like we will host not one, but two trade fairs: one in South Florida and one in Central Florida. Both will be held in October. Please contact us if you are interested in helping out.
