Study Shows An Increase in Corporations Implementing WBENC Next Practices

WBENC encourages corporations to pursue excellence in supplier diversity through a next generation of Best Practices. To chart the development of these practices since the original 1998 study, WBENC conducted another study and produced a report called "NEXT PRACTICES: Excellence in Corporate Purchasing from Women's Business Enterprises."   In a recent study conducted  by WBENC, results show that corporations are making a greater effort at reaching women owned businesses thereby aligning themselves with WBENC's Next Practices standards.  This study shows WBENC is making an impact on corporations and WBEs are becoming more of a priority within the corporate diversity programs.
