Christina Fischer, Florida's 2009 WBENC Business Star

The WBDC is very proud to announce that Christina Fischer of the Fischer Group has been selected to represent Florida as our Business Star at WBENC’s 12th annual Salute to Women’s Business Enterprises.

This honor is awarded to WBEs who meet criteria established by WBENC that includes a minimum of two years of certification; five years in business; and contracts with our national corporate sponsors as well as involvement with the local regional partner organization.

The Salute provides the opportunity to recognize and “salute” the women’s business enterprises who have shown exemplary leadership in their respective local business communities, inspired other women business owners, and consistently directed a successful WBENC-certified business. WBENC honors these WBEs for their passion, talent, creativity, and success, not only at the Salute, but throughout the year on the website and at other events.
