PRESIDENT'S NOTE

Hello and welcome to the October edition of WomensBusiness.Info.  We are pleased to report that our first annual conference and business expo was a wonderful success!  Shari Francis, Office Depot Manager, Vendor Relations, deserves a special commendation and recognition as the Chair of the event. Thanks to her leadership, hard work and vision, the event was a resounding success!

The conference was hosted by Office Depot and featured workshops, matchmaking sessions, vendor open house opportunities with Office Depot, an exhibit hall with 30 booths and a bookstore. Surveys are going out this week, and we would really appreciate your feedback. There were many networking opportunities and we already know of a couple of contracts that are being negotiated as we speak…
