WBDC's 2009 Who's Who Among Florida WBEs - INSTRUCTIONS
This year's publication will be distributed to all Florida WBEs, WBDC corporate sponsors and board of directors, affiliate organizations, WBENC members and other contacts within the WBENC network. Don't miss your opportunity to participate in this national campaign!

1. You must be a Certified WBENC Member
2. You must submit the WBE Company Profile using specific instructions provided. See details below.
3. You should send a professional photograph of yourself (owner) in digital format. See details below.
4. You must send your company logo in digital format. See details below.
Instructions
Please read the instructions carefully. In order to participate in this publication, we will need to have all the required materials prepared using the specifications provided below. This will ensure that you will be included in the publication within the timeframe required.
1. Mail your check for $99 if your are a first time participant or $75 if you are renewing, made payable to:

2. Download the Company Profile
- DO NOT insert your photograph into this file. It must be attached seperately to an email.
- DO NOT insert your logo into this file. It must be attached seperately to an email.
- Replace the words "WBE Company Name" with your company name.
- Use the format indicated for your phone and fax number. (Replace text)
- Type your responses in the field provided to the right. You can erase any instructions that may already be in the response fields in order to type your answers.
- Do not change for font or style in the file. Formatting is preset in this document, just start typing your response in the space provided.
- Click here for a sample of what your profile should look like when you send it in.
3. Prepare a Professional Photograph of Owner(s)
- If you have a professional photograph of yourself, send in the original hi-resolution (300 dpi) digital file.
- If not, take a professional photograph of yourself with a digital camera using the highest resolution setting on your camera.
- Tips: A head shot is best or waist up. Do not include your office or other elements if possible. No action shots please, just a still photograph of yourself above the waist in business attire.

4. Prepare a High Resolution image file of your logo
- If you already have a digital file of your logo, please submit the original hi-resolution digital file.
- If you need to request the file, please ask for the hi-resolution digital image in JPEG format.
5. Select your business category from the following (choose one category):
