WBDC Mission

 
The mission of the Women’s Business Development Council is to assist in the establishment and growth of women in business. We offer business development programs and training designed to develop skills and knowledge for women in business. The WBDC strives to foster and cultivate relationships between our members, corporations and the government.

The WBDC whose territory includes Florida, minus the panhandle, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands, was established in 1993 as a 501c3 non-profit organization and has provided WBENC (Women’s Business Enterprise National Council) Certification to women business enterprises since 2000.

  • 14,600 persons are employed by our Certified WBEs.
